Melbourne milliner Natalie Bikicki is the founder and creator of Natalie Bikicki Designs, an award-winning accessories and millinery brand. Launched in 2012, the brand evolved from a “passion for fashion design and handmade craftsmanship”.
“I studied millinery and fashion design at the Melbourne School of Fashion,” Natalie explains, “I also have a background in fashion illustration, and fine art. I specialise in handcrafted headwear, accessories and detailed illustration.”
Natalie says that she wanted to “create unique, handcrafted pieces that combine fashion, art and storytelling, allowing people to express their individuality”.
HANDCRAFTED HEADWEAR INSPIRED BY ART AND NATURE
The “personal, handcrafted nature of each design and my creative journey” is why Natalie chose to name her brand after herself.
Inspired by “nature, art, fashion history, colour and sculpture”, Natalie says that her work “celebrates wearable art — creating timeless, handcrafted pieces that blend elegance, creativity and personal expression”.

Moving forward, Natalie aims to “continue growing as a recognised luxury Australian design brand, collaborating with premium brands and creating memorable experiences through millinery and art”.
