Revival Runway held its fabulously fun fashion show Creative Coast in Geelong and featured 12 amazing fashion brands from Geelong, Torquay, the Surf Coast and more regional Victorian areas.
Almost 200 guests, including the Geelong Deputy Mayor Mr Anthony Aitken, from both Geelong and Melbourne turned up for Creative Coast in their most colourful and fabulous outfits to enjoy the drinks, nibbles and fantastic fashion at the iconic waterfront seaview venue, The Pier Geelong.
The show kicked off with a lovely introduction from Melbourne fashion icon Todd Anthony who announced that Christina Chia – fashion influencer, philanthropist and community leader – is the very first Revival Runway Patron. The first half opened with looks from Emipeli Design, followed by Revolt Apparel, Own Kind, Jade & May, Gathered. That, and closed with Shortlist.
Show Two of Creative Coast opened with Geelong icon Geraldine Australia, followed by Zerafima, the combined pieces of Maxted and Scout For Vintage, Berserk and closed with the glamour of Bird Skin.
A fabulous time was had by all … check out the gallery below to see what went down.
The Revival Runway team wants to send a HUGE thank you to everyone who attended the Creative Coast runway show. Another massive Thank You goes out to all the amazing, volunteer models without whom there could not be a show; to all the fabulous backstage volunteers, in particular Backstage Manager Charlie Lynch, and to all the brilliantly creative designers who trusted us with their work.
“Without all of these talented and generous volunteers, our Revival Runway fashion shows like Creative Coast, would not be the successes they are!” says Niki Bruce, Revival Runway Creative Director.
